David has more than 40 years experience in the electrical trade. He is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD); is certified by Building Industry Consulting services International for cabling design; holds Electrical Journeyman and Electrical Administrator licenses; and has numerous certificates in the installation of telephone systems, including Siemens, and Mitel. David designs and installs phone and voice mail systems, and designs and builds structured cabling systems. He has extensive experience in designing fiber-optic projects and supervises HotWire's team of certified fiber-optic technicians.
Mark D. McKinney

Mark McKinney is a Veteran US Army Ranger and has worked in the electrical industry since 1993. Over the past 22 years he has accumulated over 50,000 hours of electrical construction experience. He has successfully navigated a number of management positions, leading to his current position as Operations Manager. Mark's extensive experience in the electrical industry allows him to contribute to all phases of the company's operations, from design and proposal to workforce management. His primary goals are to continue exceeding expectations in every facet of the electrical industry and to lead the way in safety, accountability and performance.
Vice President of Finance - Hot Wire, LLC
Von is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience working in both public and private accounting in Anchorage, Alaska. His career started with Deloitte & Touche LLP (D&T) in 1993. While at D&T he worked on many Alaskan organizations including banks, construction contractors, Alaska Native Corporations, unions, and governments as well as many other clients. After 4 years, he moved on to a locally owned CPA firm where he continued to provide audit and tax services for a wide variety of clients. As a Certified Public Accountant in Alaska, Von has had the opportunity to travel through out the state including Barrow, Kodiak, Dutch Harbor, Bethel and Juneau to name a few. After 4 years of public accounting, Von moved into private accounting for a large Alaska Regional Corporation in Anchorage. He spent 10 years working for a subsidiary of this company in various roles from Divisional Controller to Vice President of Finance. Recently Von served as CEO for a local Alaska Village Corporation.
He has been active in Boy Scouts and Junior Achievement as well as served on the Board of Directors for a few local charities.
